היי, קוראים לי דניאל ואני או-פר מנוסה ואוהבת עבדתי עבור משפחה אמריקאית דיפלומטית בקייב אוקראינה בוושינגטון הבירה במשך 4.5 שנים באהבה ובמסירות למשפחה היה חשובה השפה העברית לכן שימשתי גם כמורה לעברית נסיוני עם ילדים וספרים עשיר ומגוון. (עד היום אני מלמדת את הילדים דרך הסקייפ כשעה בכמה ימים) במהלך שהותי בארה ב בזמני החופשי אהבתי ללכת ללמוד את השפה האנגלית ואף השתתפתי בקורסים מתקדמים לשליטה על השפה האנגלית בנוסף התנדבתי במרכז היהודי בבת׳סדה לסידור חומרי הלימוד ללימודי הקהילה העברית את השפה דרך המחשב (השפה העברית חשובה לי מאוד היא דבר שעבר ונשמר במשך מאות שנים. כשנשאר זמן גם התנדבתי בבית תמחוי שם הייתי מחלקת אוכל לעניים עם קבוצת מתנדבים מקומיים נפלאה.
אני מאוד אוהבת ילדים ומאוד אוהבת שפות חדשות ומקומות חדשים. בנוסף אני מאוד נוחה מבחינת האופי שלי ואוהבת שהמעסיקים שלי רגועים שמחים ומרוצים ממני, אשמח לשמוע מכם ונוכל לדבר ולראות אם יש התאמה. המלצות יתווספו כמבוקש.

המלצה מהמשפחה האמריקאית דיפלומטית 4.5 שנים עבודה ביחד
Danielle came to work in for our family in Kyiv, Ukraine, in August ,on a three-month contract. Nine months later she’s still here 2017 .because we begged her to stay She is responsible for the wellbeing of our two children, aged 4 and when we are not around. Her principal responsibility has been to ,7 develop and advance their knowledge of Hebrew -- spoken, written, and reading. She has taken to this mission with gusto. She dreamt up all kinds of games and activities for the kids to enjoy. I come home to find them looking for clues for a treasure hunt around the house, or trading vouchers for trinkets and dollar toys at their home made market. She established an effective and regular routine with the kids, so they know what to expect on their return from school. This included all my requests - that the kids take turns watching TV so that they each watch age-appropriate programs, that they each spend a few minutes a day reading Hebrew, that they are bathed and dressed and ready for bed at 7pm and 8pm. She sticks to the routine, and the kids have flourished for it. I am particularly happy that my older son can now read Hebrew as well as he reads English -- that's thanks to .Danielle's perseverance and consistency I also really like how she speaks with the children. She sets limits for them, in explanations that they can understand. She tells them ,about the world - physical phenomena like the earth circling the sun and people breathing oxygen, and social aspects like how to wait your .turn when someone is speaking, or how to make up after an argument She is patient in her explanations, simple, clear, and kind. I trust .her judgement in disciplining the children, and in rewarding them Beyond that, I think you should know that Danielle is always in a good mood. She is a very positive and bright person to be around. She doesn't let problems get under her skin, or show when she's upset. I am happy to share every morning in her cheerful presence, and leave ,the house knowing that the children will be safe, happy, challenged .and timely When Danielle did tell me she wanted to return to Israel, we were very sorry to hear the news. But she softened the blow by telling me two months in advance, so I wasn't left in the lurch. She said she wanted to leave at the end of April, but when I asked her if she could stay ,for another week because of various family plans, she readily agreed .which we really appreciate She has been a very welcome addition to our family and we are sorry to .see her go. We wish her all the very best Naomi and Geoff Anisman
